We are a community engaged in positive change transformed by service.

It has been proved that new and innovative community-based programs and mentoring organizations are crucial partners in supporting the health and wellbeing of students and families. In addition to education, they provide opportunities for academic, social, mental health, and physical health services that can help protect against negative outcomes. Our communities are facing unprecedented disruptions during the pandemic; however, no freestanding entity can address these complex challenges alone. Therefore, we have partnered with the iCare Community Coalition to expand our reach and opportunities.
